Hospital: Rep. Gabrielle Giffords expected to recover

The surgeon who operated on Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords said he is "optimistic" about her recovery. Pima County sheriff says six people were killed in the Tucson shooting that wounded Giffords.
